A four-part, self-paced course with three months of access.
When life feels uncertain, it can be easy to push through, disconnect from sensation, or look outside ourselves for stability. This course invites you to reconnect with your body as a source of information, support, and relationship.
Through gentle movement, guided somatic exploration, and reflection, you will practice noticing what helps you feel more present, supported, and able to respond with greater choice.
The course includes four recorded experiential classes lasting 45-60 minutes, focused on embodied practice, guided exploration, and reflection.
Across the four classes, you’ll:
Explore safety and support within the body in Class 1: Grounding in Times of Overwhelm
Understand sensitivity, the nervous system, and energetic boundaries in Class 2: Sensitivity as a Superpower
Practice listening to the body rather than trying to control it in Class 3: Trusting the Body
Cultivate flexibility, resilience, and possibility in Class 4: Expanding Capacity and Choice
