These Terms and Conditions (the β€œTerms” or β€œAgreement”) govern your access to and use of our Services, including our online membership, video library, websites, mobile or TV applications, and any other content, features, or products we provide (collectively, the β€œServices”).

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a subscription or register for an account. Users under 18 may view content only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts & Security

  • You must create an account to access paid Services. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Renewals

  • By subscribing, you authorize us (and/or our payment processors, e.g., Uscreen, Stripe, PayPal) to charge your chosen payment method.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled.

  • Free trials, if offered, automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Trial length may vary depending on promotions.

  • Pricing may change, but you will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before renewal.


5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.

  • Payments are non-refundable, including partial subscription periods, except where required by law.


6. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Share your login credentials with others.

  • Reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our content.

All content is owned by Embody or its instructors and protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

  • Not share harmful, illegal, or offensive material.

We may use third-party platforms (such as Uscreen for hosting, Stripe/PayPal for payments, Mailchimp for emails). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

  • If this waiver is found unenforceable, disputes shall instead be resolved in the state or federal courts of Buncombe County, North Carolina.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your license to use our content ends immediately.
