A three-month small-group mentorship for somatic and body-based practitioners.
There comes a point in a practitionerβs journey when learning another technique may not be what creates the most meaningful growth.
Sometimes, what we need is greater trust in ourselves.
The embody Mentorship is a small, experiential learning community for somatic and body-based practitioners who want to deepen their practice, better understand the patterns shaping their work, and cultivate a more sustainable way of working with others.
Together, we'll explore:
These are not always questions that can be answered with another protocol or step-by-step formula.
The embody Mentorship creates space to slow down, look beneath the surface, and explore what is actually happening within you, your work, and your relationships.
Each gathering will weave together conversation, movement, embodied exploration, reflection, and real experiences from your practice.
Rather than offering a prescribed way to work, Jessica will support you in recognizing your own patterns, listening more closely to what you are perceiving, and strengthening the resources you already have.
As you develop greater awareness and trust in yourself, you also expand your capacity to listen, relate, and respond to the people you serve.
The small-group format allows for meaningful dialogue, individualized mentorship, and learning alongside other practitioners who are navigating their own questions and growth.
Every cohort will be shaped by the practitioners in the group and what they bring into the experience.
Six live virtual 75β90 minute sessions with Jessica and a cohort of no more than six practitioners, creating space for meaningful dialogue, movement, embodied exploration, reflection, and learning from one another.
Two private virtual one-hour sessions focused on your questions, challenges, patterns, and professional growth.
Email access to Jessica for questions, reflections, and moments of curiosity that arise throughout the mentorship.
Practices and resources shared throughout the program to support continued reflection and integration.
βJessica is one of the best instructors Iβve had. Sheβs totally knowledgeable while being approachable and available to clarify and help. (Pro-level without going over my head!)ββ Rebecca C, LMBT
You are encouraged to bring what is actually happening in your work: a challenging interaction, a pattern you keep noticing, a question about boundaries, a moment of uncertainty, or something you cannot quite make sense of yet.
Together, you and Jessica can get curious about what may be underneath it, helping you recognize your own resources and respond to what your practice needs now.
