Come Home to Your Body
When life feels uncertain, it can be easy to push through, disconnect from sensation, or look outside ourselves for stability.
This four-part, self-paced course invites you to reconnect with your body as a source of information, support, and relationship. Through gentle movement, guided somatic exploration, and reflection, you will practice noticing what helps you feel more present, supported, and able to respond with greater choice.
Across the four classes, you’ll explore:
Grounding and support during times of overwhelm
Sensitivity, the nervous system, and boundaries
Listening to the body rather than trying to control it
Flexibility, resilience, capacity, and choice
Designed for helping professionals and others seeking a more supportive relationship with their bodies during periods of change or uncertainty.
This self-paced course includes four recorded experiential classes, each lasting 45–60 minutes, with three months of access.
